Must have excellent application support experience for L1, L2, and L3 support etc.

Should have Understand and comply with the support project requirements, processes, procedures and policies.

Individual required to have good knowledge of SQL queries like (Select, Joins, functions, sub-queries).

Should have excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical and customer service skills.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Should be having good experience dealing with support Tickets or requests via e-mail, telephone.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Should be willingness to learn new technologies.

The ability to think logically.

Flexibility must be flexible to work in rotational shift.

Engage development and testing team members in order to effectively address the reported issues and meet SLA commitments

- Support customers through standard installation and update processes

- Conduct remote troubleshooting using Teamviewer or other tools

- Record technical issues and solutions in logs

- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary

- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention

- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

- Participation in providing training to customers as required

- Data Management for web applications

We are looking for 2 Support engineers for Our Client AMEX, who will be working in Gurgaon office. Below mentioned skills are required:-

1. Technical Support Experience.

2. Customer Contact Center or Service Experience that supports implementation, and troubleshooting of Web Based Software Applications.

Knowledge of Web Servers such as Tomcat & Jboss and Databases MySQL or SQL Server.

Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analytical skills.
