Medical Office/Administrative Assistant-Responsible for admitting patients and confirming information is current and correct. Booked any follow up appointments, and testing as required. Ensured any necessary paperwork such as consent forms are filled out properly. Answered phones and dealt with call accordingly. Delivered results and messages to doctor in a timely manner. Received payment for cosmetic procedures and entered in Healthquest. Screened patients prior to seeing the doctor, including visual acuity exam and eye pressure test using the Tonopen, using lens meter and autorefracting as needed.
