1. Responsible for the materials planning to procurement, after getting approval from the management with in the ACE provisi.Constant follow up to get the materials at site in time,Material receipt, Proper checking arranging inspection of materials and proper storage.Also responsible for the issue of materials to the concern. 2. Timely preparation of Stock, Wct and reconcilation statement and submission of reports to the management.

3. Making mobilization of materials with other sites and getting with in time and save cost. 4.Surplus materials identified and dispatch the same to the required site with proper documents.

5.Timely action taken for dispossal of scrap.

6.Planned initial role on the materials planning and procurement for the optimizing the stock which had a significant impact on the capital.

7.During the receipt and dispatch of materials self has been taken special care for proper handling to avoid damage and loss.

8.Co-ordination with site management, planning and accounts for implecation of cost control measure in the material part of the project.

9.Timely reconciliation of the bulk materials with planing, Maintained the wastage on the same with the permissible norms.

10.Initiative to implement the EIP system and Trained the subordinates on the site materials system.
