Dear Sir/Madam:

Thank you for investing your time in reading my application. Upon learning of your vacancy of an Administrative Assistant, I felt compelled to submit my resume for your review because I dare to think that I might be a suitable fit for you. I’m very efficient, meticulous, detail-oriented, admin-minded person who is perfectly able to deliver all office admin duties combined with my best customer service skills. I want to pursue and develop my career in an insurance industry by obtaining Level 1 insurance license to start with. Thus, I’m looking for the right employment.

My name is Saadat Mokeshova. I stand for 3 main things such as integrity, hard work and intelligence. I'm a young, bright, successful, ambitious, tech savvy individual. I do have a post-graduate education (Hospitality Management Diploma from Vancouver Community College). I speak fluently two languages such as Russian and English. I have a very strong verbal and written communication skills. I possess a high level of Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and all other MS applications). My best skills are stress management, staff management, team management, efficiency, resilience and customer service. My main goal is to add value to the company I work for by performing the best team management and customer satisfaction. I’m a team player with an upbeat personality. I’m extremely tech savvy and good with computers and anything to do with machines. I’m also extremely efficient at multitasking, coordinating, working effectively under pressure and getting job properly done in a timely manner. I’ve had a real working experience as a team lead concierge with the strata property management company. Thus, I have an experience of working for the strata corporation and managing the actual building by dealing with emergency situations and performing daily building operations and following the regulation compliance. To compound that, I have 3 years of experience of managing a coffee shop, located in a fast-paced busy location on Granville Island. In total, I literally possess 4 years of customer service experience by also having a 4 star hotel front desk/night audit experience (the hotel at the Terminal City Club) as well as working for the property management company right now. I aim at increasing the revenue for the company by dealing efficiently (solving the issues immediately as they come up) with the tenants, residents on a day-to-day basis and providing the best customer service with the right attitude that my client may not always be right, but I will do my job properly anyways to make him/her happy. In my opinion, the best way to do that is to create, develop, maintain the right win-win relationship with clients by meeting their needs and expectations to enhance their retention and loyalty which makes it a successful and impeccable business.

I'm looking forward to meeting with you in person to justify above mentioned information.

Sincerely,

Saadat Mokeshova
