I am working with PCPL has started as a new Plant Manufacturing company, approx. 15 years ago, but in this small age PCPL has recorded very good production. At present PCPL stands among giants in Plant manufacturing. It has handled the projects of Hong Kong Industries and Many International Company. It is also design the BBSU (Battery Breaking Separation Unit)

RESPONSIBILITY:-Designing &Manufacturing

Planning of production as per customer schedule.

Design all component of plant for example:- Rotary Furnace, Rotary chamber, Cyclone, Chimney,

Capacity planning of in-house & outside sources.

Tracking of plan vs. actual

Dispatch Planning as per customer requirement.

Design a bag house and how many bag in bag house

Material requirement planning.

Generating and maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly statistical data required for group reporting and also for monitoring.

Handle the all materials Like Sheets, Channel, Angle etc.

Works daily with Production Supervisors and Managers for optimal efficiency to meet the targets.

Responsible for Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Morale in Assembly.

Handling the Manufacturing function during shifts.

Handle the issue of assembling machines

Design a layout, Flow chart and Elevation

TRAINING DURING STUDY:-

6 Months industrial training in INTERNATIONAL TRACTORS LIMITED (SONALIKA) in Vendor Development (VD).

Also use the SAP of ITL four month during Industrial Training

Quality of Component and inspection of component Hardware and fasteners.

QUALIFICATION:-

Metric passed in March,2009 from P.S.E.B. Board,Mohali with 65.9%

Diploma. passed in May,2012 in Mechanical Engineering from GURU NANK INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (2009-12) with 65.8%.

B.Tech. passed in May,2015 in Mechanical EngineeringfromGURU NANK INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT (2012-15) with 72.8%.
