Coordinated and supervise the implementation of the healthcare protocols, procedures and standards, assessing the different departments as well as providing technical support for medical doctors, to ensure the quality of medical activities in the health structure.

Supervise KEPZ Emergency Medical Centre to cater the emergency medical needs to18000 industrial workers; The Centre is equipped with all advanced investigative diagnostic tools to support outpatient industrial workers and in patients services.
Supervise referral/hospital admissions mechanism for company EPZA(Export Processing Zones Authority) patients in various designated private and Government panel hospitals in Karachi & other cities of Pakistan for responsive and cost effective hospital care, presently we have 760 employees on EPZA payroll and 4560 are their dependents.
Responsible to initiate, review, route, and implement change of documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, and specifications, and other related product documents)
