Overview: Coffe Any Where Application (COA) is an ordering system. Customer care representatives and Door to Door Agents will use the COA application to take an order. Verizon offers various products like TV, Voice, Internet, Bundles etc. Each products are exposed as a service and having their respective backends. Each Product services are specifically designed and implemented to support COA GUI which is basically asp.net web pages. So the services lost its nature to work irrespective of GUI and were targeting a unique GUI application.

4. COA - Lead Management

Overview: Coffe Any Where Application (COA) is an ordering system. Agents will use the COA application to take an order to sell Verizon Products like Voice, TV, Internet etc., Lead Management is a module in COA where Verizon’s third party vendors will fetch and assign the leads(addresses) to their respective agents to take order to reduce the paper work of addresses they work on. Agents will knock the door of customers residing in those addresses, which assigned to them, and will convince the customer to sell Verizon products. Agents can view, create and disposition addresses. Vendor’s corporate head/managers can view the lead, assign and unassign addresses to their agents. The Lead Management module also have dashboard to consolidate the lead details by its disposition.
