Construction Project Management Consultant

Day to day management of EPC contractor (McDermott, L&T, NPCC and Saipem and sub-contractors) teams with regards to coverage of all activities of contractors such as on-going fabrication, assembly, construction, installation and pre-commissioning activities

Address and finding solutions to all disputes and corresponding activities between contractor and client such as incidents and root cause analysis, notifications and inspections, non-compliance reports, materials inspections, submittal of procedures, method statements and permit to work reviews

Interface with external “governmental” services to activate power, water and gas systems, as and where applicable

Address interfaces between disciplines, project packages, project departments and client specialist teams such as witnessing & completion of installations to be tested

Have frequent meetings with contractors and client to drive issues to close and to find solutions to problems with regards to completion of installations, commissioning activities and operating the plant

Daily and weekly monitoring of progress of construction, commissioning activities and punch list works, project wide

Final commissioning and demonstrations of all integrated systems

Working with the QA/QC teams to review data packages and closeout punch list items to ensure an installation according to project specifications and design criteria
