Title: Sr. System Analyst/Commercial Credit Card System (CCS) Subject Matter Expert

Worked as a onshore support person with the level 2 offshore support team to maintenance Commercial Credit Card system (CCS) in Suncor account, responsibilities included maintaining and developing CCS system, which is the complex application built up in Mainframe, sharing the files with other internal/external applications in Suncor, analyzing the data flow between these different systems, maintenance and upgrade system environment based on the request from the business stakeholder.

Second level production support of the CCS batch and online processing including off-hour support as required. Maintenance, trouble shooting and providing the problem resolution.

Proactive monitoring and tuning for growth in transaction load and storage as well as function.

Assist in project planning, analysis of requirements, feasibility assessment, cost / risk and schedule estimating, design and specification of enhancements to the CCS system. The highly integrated and complex nature of the CCS requires that any modifications leverage the architecture and applicable technologies, as well as insure against adverse impacts on transaction and data integrity, system supportability, availability and performance.

Title: Sr. System Analyst/Petro-Points Subject Matter Expert

Worked team leader on the Cards Services & E-business system in Petro-Canada (Suncor Energy Inc.), responsibilities included maintaining and developing Petro-Point Admin, WEB, RTM, STM and FSC systems, analyzing the data flow between these different systems, maintenance and upgrade system environment based on the request from the client, providing KT to the team member for the level 2 production support.

Led a migration team to upgrade the current Petro-Points system from C-S system to a Web Application.

Level 3 production support of the Petro-Points batch and online processing including off-hour support as required. Maintenance, trouble shooting and providing the problem resolution. Handling with the critical P1 and P2 ticket for the emergency production support.
