Jamna Auto Industries Limited is India's largest, and amongst world's third largest, manufacturer of tapered leaf springs and parabolic springs for automobiles. JAI has been running on SAP ERP along with all core sub modules of the HCM component, such as, PA OM, Time & Payroll).

Contributions:

Discussions with the client to understand their existing (AS-IS) business process for payroll and the TO-BE business process & preparing the business blueprint document.

Analyzed the gap between AS-IS & TO-BE business process. Suggested the minor & major developments required to compensate for the gap.

Configured the organizational structure using LSMW, for mass update.

Configured the reporting structure as well.
