oManaged the installation and configuration of BizTalk server to position it as the integration, EDI, and HL7 application development platform for current and future Alliance efforts.


oManaged a team of developers involved in over 30 system conversion sub-projects tied to a variety of integration, processing, and reporting.

oCoordinated developer training and skill migration of veteran Alliance staff through a combination of class and online courses, pair programming, mentoring, and smaller introductory projects to provide practical hands on training.
