1. TATA MOTORS

Project duration was 3 months and we were two members in a group. (Duration: June 2017 to October 2017).

The title of the project is “Improvement in Millipore and Implementation of Pneumatic system for burr removal” and is completed in Engine Factory.

We have designed and manufactured a nozzle plate for effective cleaning of MB caps and a pneumatic system which cleaned the burr after the boring operation of MB caps. 2. THERMAX PVT. LTD.

Project duration was 3 months and we were two members in a group. (Duration: December 2017 to March 2018).

The title of the project is “Design and Manufacturing of fixture for L-seam Welding”.

We have designed and manufactured a Fixture which eased the L-seam welding process and reduced the overall time required for boiler shell manufacturing. Technical Skills
