Served as Project Director/Manager for Automotive Manufacturing Technical Education Collaborative (AMTEC), a $5.5 million NSF/ATE grant

Directed the day to day operations of the AMTEC ATE National Center for Excellence developing standardized national curriculum, assessments and pathways for employment as a multi-skilled maintenance technician
