Provided support to the different upgrading/modification projects such as LPG BOG Compressors (Dresser Rand) Check Valve Installations, Replacement of Mag drive pumps (API 685), Low NOx retrofit boiler (Stork Ketels), 145T/hr and gas turbine (GE Frame 6&7), Antifoam injection Package, Condensate supply pumps, fresh water-cooling pumps (EBARA) for Helium Extraction Unit/Utilities.

Canaport LNG is a LNG receiving and regasification terminal in Saint John, Canada, Project value C$756 mln.

Reviewed engineering documents, prepared Field Inspection reports on firewater pumps and packages, diesel-generators, air compressors, SCV Blowers (Linde), BOG Compressors (Burckhardt), Cryogenic LP/HP Pumps (JC Carter), and offshore marine platform equipment including marine unloading arms

Provided technical support to Construction sites, maintenance/installations and troubleshooting, mechanical completions, commissioning start-up assistance, FAT & SAT test for firewater pumps

Directly involved in conversion of Diesel to CNG-fueled spark ignition engine, solved the performance dispute of motor-pump of Kumara Corporation with their clients, consultancy to steam turbines - Failure analysis and servicing schedule of Palm Oil Mill Boiler.

Coordinated the design & constructability analysis, installation, commissioning, field tests and final handover of pumps and BDP-DEUTZ diesel engines in 17 different vessels of dreadger organization

Prepared commissioning and startup procedures, operational manuals, and project deliverables completion schedules’ supervised engine tests and reviewed test results, calculated the derating power factor for the operating condition and adjusted with the declared engine power with DIN standard

Developed testing methodology and techniques determined the scope and limitations of a diagnostic tool for service life prediction and maintenance scheduling of marine diesel engines.

The findings and recommendations of my research on condition-based maintenance of marine diesel engine is used by the fleet, Murmansk Sevrib, Russia to evaluate the performance of engines.
