Identified, pursued and closed $500,000 in sales; Managed ongoing sales efforts to successfully meet monthly quota of 8 move-ins per month by bringing 30% of leads into the building for a tour and converting 50% of those tours into clients; led client through sales process from initial pitch through to closing and signing of lease, followed up on all financial paperwork and collecting of deposits
