Personnel Manager takes charge of employee files; compute the workers’ pay, employee leave. Socializes with all the workers, attend to what the workers needs. There is plenty of paperwork for a personnel manager since they post and advertise for jobs. Screen applicants and prepare for the Warden’s review. Oversee performance evaluations. Maintains the required paperwork for OPM. Records Supervisor maintain inmate records by reviewing and interpreting new inmate commitment orders, making necessary changes on classifications, computing inmate time, and entering information into AASIS. Examines court orders and prepares forms concerning agreements on fast and speedy trials upon request of inmate and/or other states. Notifies Warden of dates and names of inmates to be transported to court hearings. Notifies Warden when inmates are to be transported to court hearings, and runs background checks on inmates through ACIC/NCIC. Informs security when inmate receives additional time and the inmate needs to be fingerprinted for a new fingerprint card. Monitors parole and release dates and performs clearance procedures before releases. Provides information and answers questions regarding inmate records and time as requested by inmates, attorneys, law enforcement officials, elected officials, courts, and inmate families. Instructs staff on new procedures and department policy changes and prepares various forms, correspondence, and reports, as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.

Business Manager oversees procurement of all equipment, commissary supplies, and food. Data entry of requisitions, receivers, maintain inmate accounts, etc. data entry; conducting inventories, audits; maintaining ACA files of certification; monthly/annual cash in Bank Reconciliation; G/L account balances; Capital Equipment Request; Retrofit the existing HVAC building control system due to the renovation of the existing building; and writing contracts submitting Capital Equipment Request to the Director.
