PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

I am an experienced quantity surveyor cum project controls specialist with working expertise in FIDIC, NEC, JCT and East Africa construction conditions of contract. I am well versed with contract administration, project and logistics management, quality management, delivery management, risk management, budget management, monitoring and evaluation, marketing and communication as well as negotiation skills. I have used FIDIC in numerous project to comply with requirements of claims, notices, submittal, reporting, cost control, variations and etc. I am well versed with tendering processes, pre and post contract management, works valuations and certifications, cost control and reporting, preparation of programs, progress reporting, procurement planning, take offs from drawings, BOQ preparations, actual measurement of works on site and verification claims, budgeting, WBS build up, cost reconciliations, cost estimation, cost tracking and reporting, Earned Value Analysis, sub-contracting and information management.
