-I have been working as Housekeeping Supervisor at MIRAAZ pioneering batch of LAMER project subcontract by EMRIL COMPANY from 23 nov 2017 to till date. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Supervise the day to day cleaning of the allocated area.

● Performed the daily physical inspection of the entire area –fire extinguisher, meters cabinet, washroom, pantry, beach shoreline, waste room etc

● Coordinate with waste management team ensured all the skips (general waste, used oil, paper carton, broken glasses) are emptied and well maintained daily basis.

● Provide the training to staff OJT/TBT for HSE, so staff work in safe environment.

● Schedule and Supervise deep cleaning and daily task and any work related project.

● Supervise and coordinate pest control with help desk and finalize the schedule.

● Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

● Evaluate staff performance and schedule training for weak performance staff.

● Assign duties and coordinate breaks for assigned staff.

● Dealing with client expectation and submitted ppm accordingly.

● Monitoring staff assigned work ensure work has done and document any late or absent staff.

● Clean the area in emergency situations.

● Report all maintenance defects and follow up with engineering.

● Check and ensure all equipment is working order daily basis if any equipment maintenance or repair submit to housekeeping desk control.

● Report all lost and found items immediately to security and submit to form to housekeeping desk.

● Complete all paperwork and closing duties and handover to next shift before leaving.
