ABM Government Services – Operations/Electrician March 2016 to present

Performed duties as electrician system expert in door controls, access controls, and HVAC controls. Performed duties as a general electrician. Performed duties as Water testing technician. Performed duties as Operations, doing tours of the hospital mechanical areas, checking for proper operations of HVAC equipment and all other medical support systems such as medical air, medical vacuum, etc. Received Universal HVAC certification.

Security 101 - Project Engineer January 2012 to February 2016

Performed design, installation, and maintenance on intrusion/CCTV systems. Certified to install and maintain major systems such as S2, AMAG Symmetry, Honeywell Prowatch, and DMP. Installed and programmed power panel, control panels, and devices for customer's facilities.

Endeavor Telecom - Lead Field Engineer September 2010 to January 2012.

Installed new POS, network, and software upgrades in various restaurants across the United States. Successfully completed over 200 installations as both Lead installer and Second installer. Designed, installed, tested, and maintained complete network upgrades including both high and low voltage cabling. Converted a large manufacturing company to a web-based plant operating software called Plexus, involving upgrading infrastructure, power, and equipment such as servers, desktops, plant operations consoles, and Quality Assurance monitors throughout the plant. Provided 24/7/365 support.

Nuclear Computers - July 1996 to June 2007

Designed, installed, tested, and maintained complete network upgrades including both high and low voltage cabling. Worked as an APC net structure Engineer, ensuring a proper installation of UPS's, generators, and cooling/heating to ensure up-time of equipment. Managed 5 employees and 10 subcontractors both in local and remote locations.

International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 82 - June 1994 to July 1996

Installed, tested and maintained high and low voltage system in new construction and refurbishments of existing buildings. Worked as Cable Tray fabricator for installation of over 2 miles of cable tray in the Panasonic Plant in Troy, Ohio. Ensured the work was done under the time limits to allow the job to be completed on time.

US NAVY - September 1985 to June 1994

Performed electrical installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs to the electrical system of a nuclear powered submarine as both a technician and work center supervisor in charge of nine sailors. Coordinated with other divisions to ensure all major maintenance and repairs were done as quickly as possible. Performed duties as ELPO (Electrical Leading Petty Officer), 3M (Maintenance, Materials, and Manpower) coordinator, and Sound Vibration Analysis for E-Div. Trained in Allen Bradley PLC programming, maintenance and operations at Sinclair Community College.

Trained in SQL programming and management (Commercial Access control systems are all SQL based.)

Computer Skills:

Strong in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, SQL programming and maintenance.
