Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for smooth functioning of designated areas - Public Areas, Rooms, Back Areas, morning/ evening briefings, grooming and upkeep.

To train on job and conduct training classes.

To handle guest complaints, attend to guest request immediately and report to Executive House Keeper.

To examine the guest rooms and determines the need for repairs and general cleaning and preventive maintenances.

To collect room attendant’s reports, records and record daily activities and events such as guest complaints in log book.

Monitor and Implementation of Housekeeping SOP’s.

Making monthly inventory (i.e Linen, Guest Supplies, Mini Bar etc)

Following the extra work of Marble polishing, Wooden Polishing& Carpet Shampooing

Cost / Supplies control to maintain housekeeping budget.

Co-operation with staff / hotel departments for smooth operation.

Maintaining standard of the hotel.

Preparing duty roaster.
