Utilized a SMED event to increase proficiency on room setup time, which was estimated to take 48 hours and reduce it to 24 hours, without increasing manpower. The actual setup time was averaging 64 hours, and I was able to reduce it to less than the 24 hour goal in only 3 months

Currently running a new SMED event to reduce setup time from 24 hours to 12.5 hours without increasing manpower

Currently running a Kaizen event to increase throughput from 64% to 80% without increasing manpower, which has been achieved and is now in the sustainability phase
