Performed STERRAD® CycleSure® biological indicator growth media reformulation, DOE. Performing experiments involving assembled CycleSure® sterilization indicators and on specially formulated biological indicators according to ASP Standard Operating Procedures. Assisting QA and manufacturing departments as necessary.

Discovered and understood the issues involved with the biological indicator growth media, unresolved for several years, through authorized personal experiments.

Tested and provided new growth media formulation and incubation conditions based upon personal experiments allowing for complete spore growth and corresponding media color change in a greatly reduced time period.
