• Slashed Days Sales Outstanding by 30% and continued to maintain with a 218% customer increase without additional staff.

• Evaluated accounts receivable aging report weekly and planned next steps to collectors for aged accounts.

• Provided application of cash receipts and reconciled cash application.

• Authored customer collection correspondence for collection team.

• Subject matter resource on-site manager for the Client Services team and Legal during transition from Raindance Communications to West Unified Communications in addition to managing the accounting department.

• Organized and led daily operation management for all billing, credits, cash, write-offs, Trial Balance and General Ledger for monthly revenue close for approximately $75m.

• Contract review and management for approximately 5,000 client contracts ensuring terms could be met and all billable services were in accordance with contract terms. Wrote additional terms as needed.

• Developed, wrote and implemented steps for billing tracking and General Ledger tie out. This included spreadsheets with drop down menus, contracted amount, billing frequency and tie out to the General Ledger.

• Authored billing and collection customer correspondence and streamlined processes.

• Researched and responded to requests for annual audits. One internal and one external audit.
