My responsibilities as a Care Center Supervisor were to oversee, manage and perform any and all front end clinical and administrative activities which would include but were not limited to scheduling, charge entry, account registrations, billing, and coding. I operated and perform in all relevant systems relating to projects with knowledge and efficiency for all interactive applications. I maintain a general working knowledge of insurance requirements as they relate to billing, authorizations and coding. I established and adjusted performance standards and workloads for staff as needed and /or required.
My duties consist of the daily operations for a multi care center clinic operation for patients who qualify for habilitative and rehabilitative service care for Physical, Occupational, Speech and Social Work therapy services for Pediatric and Adult care.
I worked closely with other departments including patient accounting, health information management, and IT developments. I assisted in creating a positive working environment while setting a high work and ethical standard of leadership all while promoting and encouraging a positive work environment and team effectiveness.

I served in this capacity with the ford franchise for a number of years as a title clerk working closely with the department of motor vehicle administration and dealership. I assisted in the titling, tag and registration process for all new and used car sales purchases for the dealership. I also was responsible for the cashiering collection of accounts receivable on all customer serviced vehicles.

In this capacity I worked with the department of the VNA to schedule home health and palliative care for medical follow up for inbound and hospice patient care. I scheduled for and dispatched mobile nursing services for the areas of Northern, South East and Western territories. I was responsible for the intake, processing and distribution of the discharge orders that were received from the various medical facilities and institutes in the regions with the traveling nurses for in home care and treatments.
