My responsibilities as a Care Center Supervisor were to oversee, manage and perform any and all front end clinical and administrative activities which would include but were not limited to scheduling, charge entry, account registrations, billing, and coding. I operated and perform in all relevant systems relating to projects with knowledge and efficiency for all interactive applications. I maintain a general working knowledge of insurance requirements as they relate to billing, authorizations and coding.
