Managed and worked with a team of 20 professionals to handle guest interaction, crowd control and safety during this exclusive twenty-one day Grand Slam Tennis Tournament. In constant contact with several other supervisors and area directors during each 10 to 12 hour day.

My team and I worked together to plan each day based on who was playing in each match and were prepared for times when the crowds peaked out to ensure an enjoyable guest experience at all times. The number of guests in the area my team and I worked in usually ranged between 1,500 and 4,000 about two to three times during a normal day.
