Abengoa S.A., headquartered in Seville, Spain, was a $10 billion public multinational company with 26,000 employees in over 80 countries. Abengoa filed for Global restructuring in November 2015. The US Bioenergy group filed Chapter 11 in March of 2016. The liquidation plan for the remaining business unit was approved on March 29, 2018,
