STEEL WOOD INDUSTRIES DUBAI, UAE (September 2016 to June 2017)

Position: Utility Engineer (Engineering)

Erection & Installation Of Boiler, Fire Fighting System & hot & Cold water line. Operation and maintenance of Wood Fire Boiler, (chillers) HVAC, Diesel generator, Air compressors, irrigation pumps, overhauling multistage pump, air compressor overhauling fire fighting pumps and system, Pump room water supply all company premises, Diesel Generator, building maintenance and preventive maintenance of wood machines.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:

Double Tree by Hilton, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (April - 2015 – March 2016)

Position: Maintenance In-charge (Engineering)

Laundry Project - Installation and operation of Boiler, air compressor, PPM maintenance Brake down maintenance, Fire fighting system, staff building maintenance and BMS,erection and commissioning Laundry machines boilers plants and air compressors.

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the physical building and all of its features.

Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines

I was responsible for water treatment plant and was in-charge of following functions:

Operation and maintenance 3 number of well & 2 number of Sea membrane Reverse Osmosis Plants to produce optimum quality, potable water.

Maintain the treatment plant systems.

Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes

Inspect service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, overhauling multistage pump, air compressor overhauling, Gas(desiel,HFO4) Fire & WHR Boilers, heat exchangers, Air compressors (reciprocating and screw) and valves.

Ensure an adequate supply of water for human consumption and firefighting activities

Prepare work orders for servicing and repairs

Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations

Conduct regular inspections of the physical plant. Establish a preventative maintenance program. Maintain the general administration of the water system in order to ensure effective operations. Establish preventative maintenance schedules.

Administer water distribution contracts.

Keep a daily log. Prepare activity and work order reports. Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment. Maintain inventories. Provide reports to Site Manager, BU as required

Air compressors operation and maintenance

Aga Khan University and Hospital (Aug - 2011–Dec – 2012)

Position: Project/Maintenance In-charge

Working as Incinerator project in-charge in engineering MEP Department. During this period worked with ATI Environment Co. (France based company) for installation & commissioning of Incinerators HP 750-24HIS with filters.

Responsible for maintenance PLC Incinerator section (all types of electrical, mechanical &instrumentation) and utilities (Gas/ diesel fire Incinerator, air compressors, Boiler & Air conditioning and firefighting equipment )

Responsible for implementation of PPM activities in Incinerator plant.

Develop and implement AM/PM CIL (cleaning, inspection and lubrication) standards with pictograms and monthly checklists for all utilities and Incinerator Plant Equipment.

To supervise maintenance staff (mechanic, electrician, welder/fabricator), allocation of work to them and manage day to day maintenance activities.

Design, plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule in incinerator plant.

Emirates Refining Company Limited (Jan’10–Nov’10)

Position: Boiler Officer

Responsible for Ensure timely PPM activities of boiler. Responsible for daily and monthly steam report and daily basis chemical testing.

Responsible for smooth running of the Boiler Operations/Waste Heat Treatment Plant/Waste Heat Boilers, overhauling multistage pump, air compressor overhauling etc.

Annual and Comprehensive maintenance of Industrial Plants, Water Treatment Chemicals, Softening Plants etc.

Providing complete technical services in water treatment chemicals, consultancy services.

In-charge of PLC Boiler 10 TPH, pressure 15 bar heating surface area 2670 square feet & responsible for its effective implementation. Boiler, firefighting equipment and Air compressor section, overhauling multistage & Single stage pump, air compressor overhauling (all types of electrical, mechanical & instrumentation).

Preparing daily and monthly steam report. Preparation of reports relating to annual/preventive maintenance coordinating with senior executives and staff members during break down site with respect to resolving routine non routine problems.

To supervise maintenance staff (mechanic, electrician, welder / fabricator), allocation of day to day maintenance activities.

Design, plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule in boiler and air compressor section.

Responsible for good housekeeping practices in plant area.
