Colorforms - Tonawanda, NY

My responsibilities were for the entire of the plant as if it was a stand alone operation, rather than part of a larger corporation.

This includes all aspects of the plant, sales, operations, quality, budgeting, financials, HR and conforming to OSHA regulations.

Home: 1-603-***-**** - Cell: 1-603-***-**** - ac7jly@r.postjobfree.com needed, so I looked for a location where I could start NorthStar from the ground up. This meant determining the proper location, up fitting the building for my operation, purchasing all of the needed equipment, hiring of personnel, developing and implementing the processes and procedures needed to run the company.

I had some sales from a friend that owned another shop, whom I gave 10% of the company to provide me with the work he needed for his company that allowed me to focus on getting t NorthStar up and running. From 2005 to 2012 I grew NorthStar into a $15MM company. The next three years were difficult as companies changed their requirements which I didn't have the capital to change with and I closed the company in 2015.
