I have just published an e-book and paperback entitled, “Seven Hundred and Fifty of the Latest and Most Popular ESL Websites for Teachers and Students: Itemized by Skill and by Level.” Websites included games, contests, tests, warm-ups and idioms. ISBN-10:198*******. Available at https://www.amazon.com My article, “A Philosophy of ESL Teaching and Learning” has been recently published

(2018) at: https://www.tefl.net/ elt/articles/teacher/a-philosophy/ Presently, I am writing my new book, “ESL Pronunciation: Connected Speech: 450 Phrasal Verb Reductions and 100 Common Word Reductions.” Included are segments from my publication in Temple University’s Studies in Applied Linguistics. Conducted formal evaluations of EFL instructors offering suggestions and advice for optimum performance.

When teaching, my creative instructional style and blended learning activities advanced students’ English language skills at all levels. Promoted positive student motivational attitudes and behaviors intrinsically and extrinsically. Effectively fine-tuned my teaching prowess to enhance EFL learner proficiencies by drawing upon eclectic teaching methods, procedures and techniques. EFL Instructor Supervisor

Increased the English language proficiency of my students at all levels of intensive ESL. Successfully augmented my students’ knowledge of American culture and American military culture.

Gained extreme popularity with students (some of whom I had yet to teach). Such popularity arose from my effective instructional expertise and the entertaining nature of my classes.

Received more positive evaluations from students than any other instructor. Received outstanding student reviews on http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ Motivated, inspired and encouraged my credit ESL students to improve their English competencies from beginning to advanced levels. Successfully designed all midterm tests checking for item validity and reliability. Created special student portfolios called S.P.I.L.L. (Student Proficiencies and Individual Learner Levels). My SPILL report fine-tuned and individually identified what particular ESL skills my students were deficient in. Skills included listening, speaking, reading, writing, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, or spelling. Students were counseled, given assignments and assessed one on one at my desk while other students were self-engaged. Focus of the lessons were now linguistically categized and customized. Special attention to individual linguistic deficiencies was achieved through the creation and implementation of activities geared toward individual improvement(s).
