Authorities (ESI inspections/ Labour Inspection).

Monitoring Mail room activities.

Monitoring and coordinating with the service providers.

Inventory control of Stationary, House Keeping and M&E consumables.

Maintaining Stock in store and making Purchase Requests, as per requirement.

Making planning, implementation and motivation of the team.

Housekeeping management covering more than five lakhs sq ft area at site. Imparting training to staff working at ground level & supervisors to run smooth operations at site.

To apply all related check lists of the site & make daily activity reports of the site.

Event management, coordination & proper execution of work plan with team to make the event successful.

Managing centralized help desk, front office, Gymnasium & Pantry services which caters to

5000 plus no. of employees at site which includes room bookings, other arrangements, etc.

Managing Cafeteria & Building Management, having a total area of more than 2 lakh sq. ft.
