Triage complaints for potential safety; notify management or designee of potential safety cases.

Interface with engineering, sales, clinical, and various divisions’ Quality Assurance (QA) staff.

Analyze and review complaint history data and identify trends; complete routine reports; escalate significant issues to QMS team as needed.

Continuously revise and review procedures to improve the complaint handling process.
