3/2006 – 2/2016: Contract State of Illinois as 800MHz Infrastructure Project Manager

$11.2 million dollar infrastructure implementation of high-site wireless network migration to meet FCC Order to Sprint Nextel for Rebanding Motorola 800MHz Statewide Radio Network

oSpearheaded negotiations team with attorneys from the State, the FCC and Sprint Nextel and governmental business leaders to provide a solution from a team approach for tower permit, construct usage, and FCC licensing on owned and shared tenant sites

oDeveloped $9M dollar RFP, and award for integrator to assist in meeting FCC Order for Rebanding over 16,000 mobile subscribers across the State with 151 radio base station sites

oManaged 1500 agencies for cost management for each vendor engaged with the project and its effect on each agencies’ operational efficiencies of First Responders

oTracked and managed IP Ethernet to cell site conversion/connectivity for compliance management, cost control, and resource assignments

oMobility application checks for system performance and ATP (acceptance test plan using RUP methodology) based on agreed-upon standards of deviation within cost metrics defined for testing phase of project

7/2014 – 12/2014: Multi-state IT Infrastructure Build – Alliant Energy Company

oThree state territory for RFP development and posting and ISP awards for build out of networks to provide improved reliability and redundancy for client utility operations

oInfrastructure program management of dozens of smaller projects feeding into backhaul reliability with multiple vendor selection

oEngaged as global PM for VoIP migration due to M&A activity in 14 countries

oProject lead for internal and external resources for department resource assignments, moves and changes to local site infrastructure design, layout, configuration and implementation

oMulti-million dollar P&L responsibilities for all VoIP network design, procurement and installations from 3rd-party and internal resources in Asia, Australia, Europe, Canada and U.S.

Vice President of start up division in a nationwide telecommunications services company, my responsibilities of personnel, clients, and contractor interaction for a cohesive deliverable package to end user clientele involve full spectrum of day to day operations.

oBrought on board in start-up organization to develop corporate and IT governance for penetrating telecommunications wireless markets

oCreated project process flow, contractor organizational structure and management for operational efficiencies following best practices to telecom carriers
