• Served on a pre-closing team on numerous international M&A deals, focusing especially on tax planning, including, without limitation, Actavis Pharma (2016; $40.5B), Cephalon (2010; $6.8B), Barr Pharmaceuticals and (2008; $8.9B).

• Negotiated and drafted license, development, collaboration, quality and pharmacovigilance agreements and product supply contracts throughout Teva’s supply chain, including wholesale, retail and hospitals, as well as a host of vendor/supplier agreements, NDAs, etc.

• Provided tax consultation on transfer pricing matters and prepared agreements and other documentation.

• Managed external consultants, including outside legal counsel and tax and financial advisors.

• Served on a promotional, marketing and/or advertising materials review team to ensure regulatory compliance in the generic product space.

• Served for 8 years as lead counsel for company’s sole biologic vaccine, involving extensive government contracting with Department of Defense, through development, BLA process and supply.
