OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC TORCH RELAY CERIMÔNIAS CARIOCAS 2016 Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 2016

Production Assistant.

• Assisted and supported the General Operations Director of the Olympic and Paralympic Torch Relay, as well as other main stakeholders in daily tasks.

• Developed a communication-model that enabled the collection of relevant information and was responsible for the coordination of the flow of internal and external information between the torch relay teams (security, drivers, operational staff, HR, regional managers, city celebration, hospitality and advanced teams).

• This operation occurred across 320 cities over a total period of 115 days.
