Ensure all Components who meet entrance criteria are in processed into the Ft Bliss, WTB Program. Provided timely and accurate guidance to requests for information received from various inquirers. Oversee the writing of SOPs, Continuity Books and information papers to be used for daily operations and unit guidance on various personnel issues. Maintain a professional rapport with all Commanders and peers at the other Medical Treatment Facilities throughout MEDCOM and the MTF Human Resources staff. Maintains the unit level roster to a high degree of accuracy. In- and out-processes all soldiers to the company to ensure all necessary demographic and personnel contact information is accurate and up-to-date. Updates all appropriate databases in a timely fashion and continually attempts to improve the quality of data received, recorded, and reported. Ensures soldiers do not fall off orders by constantly tracking and updating systems.
