1. In Coming Inspection [Tinplate Sheet]

Inspection of raw material. (Dimensional & visual)

Verification of Test Certificates against applicable code’s specification.

2. In Process Inspection:

Carry out inspection as indicated in Quality Assurance Plan like set-up, dimension follows all steps of Q.A.P.

Daily monitoring of line rejections, scrap & corrective action.

To study detail requirement of client from the P.O. & Technical specification with a view of quality fulfillment.

Wedge Bend Tester:- To check flexibility of Lacquers & Coatings.

Analytical Balance:- To weight analytical materials

Scratch Hardness Tester:- To check scratch Hardness of Lacquers & Coatings.

Heating Oven:- To Dry Coated panels of Lacquers, Coating & Inks.

Ford Cup No-04:- To check viscosity of Lacquers & Coatings.
