I initiated the Terrace Club Day Program (Memory Loss) working with residents that are in between (cognitive ability) Assisted Living and Reminiscence.

Through research, contribute to each resident's varying capabilities that will ultimately promote enjoyable experiences in activities.

Create a desirable Activities Program for The Terrace Day Club Program. Including Mind Your Mind, (mental/cognitive stimulation) Memories In the Making Art Program, (recognized and supported by the Alzheimer's Association nationwide).

Built successful relationships with family members, community (Police Department). Created activities to engage residents, i.e., photo albums, monthly themed lunches, maintained documentation on each resident's progress and ensured a smooth transition to the Reminiscence Neighborhood. I also prepared packets of resident's information/work to present to families for the second group of new residents going into Terrace Club for marketing purposes. I supported and coordinated all yearly calendar events, ensuring resident's safety on all weekly outings, coordinating with DSC needed supplies, shopped for supplies, created flyers, mailings, and decorations for a successful outcome, (Valentines dinner, Casino night, Thanksgiving, Passover, Hanukkah, Christmas).
