Barnes & Noble, Inc. Manager, Loss Prevention Operations 2004–2017

Implemented intranet fire and burglar monitoring for all stores, saving over $540K in annual analog phone line costs.

Accountable for all designs, installations and maintenance of CCTV, EAS, Fire and Burglar Alarm, and Access Control systems for all 630 store locations as well as the New York, NY Corporate Office.
