Receiving calls and complaints from tenants and informing to the Services Department & Operation Departments.

Controlling of Fire Fighting Systems in the Mall and record keeping.

Monitoring and controlling CCTV installed in the mall.

Responsible for the provision of CCTV recording to Dubai Police on required basis.

Working as Information Centre Representative of BurJuman Mall.

Handling Access system in the Mall issuing access cards etc.

Crowd Management in the event of Functions / VVIP Moments.

Monitoring of Fire Panel of the whole Complex.

Preparing incident reports follow up needful actions after the incidents.
