Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Audit the existing process, identified critical areas and design new corrective processes to ensure right quality meeting stringent customer requirements

Plan the production schedule within budgetary limitation and time constrains by analysing the plants personnel and capital

Prepare short/ long term production scheduling & forecasting and monthly analysis and cost planning

Identify key resources to select the best way of meeting the production schedule

Facilitate numerous root-cause failure analysis investigations with regard to SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and equipment failure

Implement quality improvement programs including spot audits, root cause analysis and implement remedial actions

Oversee raw material inventory and work with vendors to communicate quality and delivery issues

Assist in implementation of new projects related to value added products from castor and other oils

Support the team in implementing ISO standards

Prepare and implement SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indices)

Develop new products in close co-ordination with the R&D team of the end consumer

Critically study the existing process costs and carry out production cost efficiencies in line with the best in the industry

Identify and develop a competent “production team”
