Working in 2X600 TPH Coal Handling Plant.

Maintenance of coal handling plant Equipment like Track hopper, Paddle feeder, vibrating grizzly screens, Ring granulators(crushers),Belt conveyors

System, stacker cum -reclamier, travelling trippers

Coal sampling unit, dust extraction system, fire prevention, dust suppression system and dry fog and dust suppression system.

Overall accountability for continuous and safe Maintenance of 1200 TPH capacity and be responsible for minimizing Maintenance down time and

Optimizing costs of the CHP.

To properly record all Maintenance related activities including Log Books, Checklists, PTWS, etc.

Maintenance of fire prevention system deluge valves, Fire hydrant line etc.

Coordinate with chemistry labs for oil sampling report.

Manage the manpower of Maintenance and also handle sub contractors manpower.

Daily motivate to all employee to follow safety rule and follow safety PPE,s..

Always given better suggestion to maintenance team to better modification.

Arrange the meeting with client and making all Report.

Prepare planning report every month and compliance report.

Monitoring and the effect/performance of the plant.

Academic Qualification:

Passed B.E (Mechanical) from PATEL COLLEGE OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY Bhopal, (R.G.P.V) Madhya Pradesh with 73%

Passed XIIth from Inter Science College, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.

Passed Xth from Ss High School Kasmar, Bokaro, Jharkhand
