Business partner to management, sales, marketing, operations, R&D, and IT.

Implemented forecasting and Business Intelligence projects for clients including J&J, Verizon, RWJ Barnabas, Stryker,

Nice-Pak, and The Amaral Group, and CP Accountax. This was accomplished with expert data extraction and manipulation to build comprehensive reporting systems, working with IT to implement automated reporting, and presented actionable financial insight. We also created several robust online reporting systems and tools for use by internal business partners.

Responsible for all forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis for the US Strategic Sales Channel. Created all analysis tools in the sales finance department. Partnered with sales teams to drive revenue and provide strategic insight. One direct report.

Co-created the primary business intelligence system within the company, the VAPS Tool - used to provide insight into sales, product development, expenses, forecasting, and reporting. Later converted into a digital dashboard for management and was adopted by the statistical modeling department for use in their database files.

Generated the most accurate sales forecasting within the company by several orders of magnitude. This was accomplished by partnering with the US Sales Team and Product Management to accurately predict customer behavior and spending due to market conditions. 2009 sales were within $60K against a $306M, the only channel to meet plan.

Mentored a team of 14 junior finance professionals in developing reporting, forecasting, and capital budgeting skills. Today they are now Directors and Vice Presidents of finance – due in part to my mentoring ability.

Accurately modeled product life cycles and related product development amortization to reflect actual results. Previous attempts a noted consultant failed to achieve an accurate result, solving large recurring write-off issues.
