MANAGEMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Serves in the stead of the General Manager in his absence.

Supervises the administration section of the department, including staff and functions of dynamism efficiency, materials/inventory, marketing, key accounts, facilities Central Control Center and various office & factory operations.

Generating facilities. Performs regular reviews of revenue requirements and performs related rate analyses based on "Cost of Service" techniques.

Assists in annual budgetary preparations; researches budget needs; compiles budget data and reviews budget on regular basis.

Assists in development of maintenance & services specifications and schedules.

Assistant General Manager -- Assists in overseeing and providing management review and preparation of financing documents such as management and technical reports. -- Performs related duties as required.

HR, PAYROLL & ADMIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and monitor all HR Development initiatives including Performance Management.

Provide functional guidance and support to the Recruitment and Personnel Administration teams in the overall provision of HR services.

Handling 600 Staff payroll & daily HR activities.

Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law & UAE Labor Law.

Prepare and place all internal and external advertisements for recruitment.

Working closely with departments, assisting HR managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

Liaising with a wide range of organizations involved in areas such as race relations, disability, gender, age, religion and health and safety.

Recruiting staff - this includes preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.

Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.

Undertaking regular salary reviews.

Receive applications, record in HR Database and send acknowledgement letters to candidates who have applied for positions.

Conducting interviews in accordance with panel member’s availability.

Administer payroll, process necessary deductions, calculate end-of-service benefits and leave entitlements in an accurate and timely manner.

Verify and audit all payrolls, in-order to ensure compliance to Kuwait Labor Law.

Prepare and update payroll databases and spreadsheets in a consistent manner and on a regular basis.

Maintain records of employees’ attendance and perform deductions where required.

Perform payroll entries for new joiners and liaise with the insurance company to add them to the health insurance scheme.

Contribute to the improvement and development of systems and procedures to increase the efficiency of the payroll.

ACCOUNTS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Preparing T/B, P/L & Balance Sheet Quarterly, Half & Annually.

Co-ordinate with external auditor to facilitate audit process.

Provide accurate & timely financial information as management requires.

Handling all bank activities such as telex, transfer, deposits of cheques, cash etc.

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions.

Preparing the Monthly Progress Report.

Maintaining the Incoming, Outgoing and Pending Master files as per the Secretarial responsibility.
