My experience in Human Resources is at First National Bank, which is one of South Africa’s "big four" banks. It is a division of First Rand Limited. I joined the group in 1996 and performed various roles which is detailed below. My main strengths are adaptability, dependability and the determination to get a job done as proven by my varied work experiences over 18 years in various HR roles I have played. I am self motivated a strong team player and strive for quality in everything I do. I have the ability to operationalise a strategic plan and believe this has added to some of my major achievements and successes. No task is too small or too big for me to take on.
