I consider myself a thoughtful and helpful person which is why I greatly enjoyed my work as a senior agent and seeing my colleagues get successful results after a PSM held by me. I place great accent and appreciate team work taking into account it also helped me be more communicative.

Even though I have been working here for the past 2 years, I do know there is more I can learn and I am ready to go the extra mile to make it happen. I appreciate feedback, be it good or constructive and I do make it a point to apply what I’m being told as soon as possible so that I can improve in the shortest possible time.
