Assist/notify the Service Manager of any upset customers that had questions or concerns that needed to be addressed and/or corrected.
Handled CSI, BBB, and Corp. cases for the Service Department.
When necessary I would meet with customers face to face to discuss their concerns. I was in that position for a little over a year before I was promoted to the Service BDC Manager for Chrysler

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Was very involved of the development of the first BDC to be established in the Eddy’s Corporation which then implemented in many of the other Eddy’s locations. Multiple employees that worked under me then promoted to manage those BDC so they could take what we had created and what they had learned over the years.
I was also featured as an employee spotlight in the Wichita Eagle.
