Hand picked the team that would be starting the first BDC to be introduced to the Eddy’s corporation

Perform interviews

Responsible for hiring and firing

Managed a team of up to 8 employees at a time

Help implement and create new policies for the department

Answer all incoming calls for the dealership

Transfer said calls to the correct employee, department, etc.

Contacted customers in regards to recalls on their vehicle I was later promoted to being the CRM for service. Customer Relations Manager for Service

Assist/notify the Service Manager of any upset customers that had questions or concerns that needed to be addressed and/or corrected.

Handled CSI, BBB, and Corp. cases for the Service Department.

When necessary I would meet with customers face to face to discuss their concerns. I was in that position for a little over a year before I was promoted to the Service BDC Manager for Chrysler

Managing the Service Coordinators and the Customer Relation Manager for service as well as the Customer Relation Manager for sales.

• Kept track of OBCs made, scheduled, and those that came in for service and the profit made by using google docs.
