● Leader of the Quality Assurance Field team (6 team members, 5 US and 1 Canadian) that performed weekly audit and compliance type reviews on 42 sales offices across North America from 2012 to 2017.
● Developed collaborative relationships with the external auditors to reduce the audit cost (on-going)

● Developed the Bill 198 testing methodology for RioCan. Conducted training to 4 audit staff on the new methodology, which was successfully applied against the test cycles. Reported to the Director of International Operations and Vice President Audit. Assisted the Director in the development of a risk based annual audit work plan. Planned, executed and reported on the results of risks based audits using the COSO framework focusing on all aspects of international operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and best practices. Seconded to the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing team. ● Developed a risk and change analysis for each country in the Caribbean and Central America region converting to a new credit card system.
