Application development. Led a cross functional team to analyze and document the requirements from the finance department to implement a set of programs, including interfaces, to automate the processing of electronic invoice information from one of the company’s largest vendors to eliminate manual processes. The results: Delivered the project on time and resulted in payroll expense savings of over $200,000 annually.
Business integration. Project managed the acquisition of four wholesale locations. This included the selection of a new system, implementation of this system, integration with existing ERP system, and training. The results: Delivery of the new software application from inception to implementation in five months.
Project management. Led a 1.5M project to implement a Route Accounting Management System (RAMS) to replace an old DOS-based Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system at Pinnacle’s two leading regional snack businesses. Managed the selection, recommendation and implementation of a system that supported more than 300 route salesmen across 18 regions servicing 15,000 customers. The results: A project payback of the initial capital investment in 18 months.
Workforce Planning. Planned and executed a new structure to the programming team to allow for more flexibility in assignments. The results: Increased efficiency of programmers by 10%.

Business Integration. Led the analysis and integration of a 2018 acquisition of 4 additional wholesale locations with gross sales of $30M. The Results: Implementation completed on time.
Business Process Change. Facilitated the work to on board new EDI trading partners. The Results: reduced accounts payable payroll costs by two FTE’s.
Technology Deployment. Managed the deployment of the company’s propriety Royal 4 warehouse inventory management system across three warehouse locations over a six-month period. The results: Enhanced internal controls that included improved reporting and analysis of existing inventory conditions.

Business Integration: Assisted in the integration of a 2016 acquisition which included two new lines of business for the company of commercial stores and a retread plant. Changes were needed in the ERP systems to correctly report on these transactions. The results: New business lines successfully integrated.
Contract negotiation. After completing an RFP for a new electronic data interchange (EDI) system to handle the companies growing EDI needs, negotiated and three-year contract with selected vendor. The results: reduced the companies EDI expenses by over $54K.
Pinnacle Foods Group, LLC…formerly Birds Eye Foods, Agrilink and Comstock Foods (1993 – 2014) 2.5B food company and owner of such leading brands as Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables, Duncan Hines cake mixes, Vlasic Pickles, and Lender’s Bagels.
Began my career with this organization in the sales and marketing department where I worked for 14 years earning several promotions during this time. Started as Sales Support then moved into the position of Senior Trade Administration Analyst, was then promoted to Sales Administration Manager, Sales Reporting Manager, ending my time with Sales and Marketing as a Business Planner. In 2007 transferred to the Information Technology department where I started as Senior Business Analyst within one year I was promoted to Manager of Electronic Commerce and one year after that I was promoted to Manager Applications and Electronic Commerce. In 2010 when the company was purchased by Pinnacle Foods Group, I was retained and promoted to Project Manager.

This included systems analysis to identify gaps, making recommendation on how to close those gaps, training of users, and go live support.
