• OCL Data Center Migration: Orchestrated and executed $21M program to migrate Thomson One infrastructure involving 2,500+ servers (including collections, core and distribution networks) from One Liberty Plaza data center in New York to a new data center in Plano, Texas. o Migrated the strategic infrastructure from lower NY metro region to a more cost-effective strategic location and ensured a savings of over $8 million in annual hosting cost. o Built out new collections circuits, core networking, and systems consolidation, including integration and testing Client hosted applications (BAML and Wells Fargo). o Successful delivery of the program, dividing program into smaller projects, performing weekly stakeholder meetings, monthly dashboards, customer engagement, etc.

• Orchestrated TDN (Thomson Market Data Network) Modernization Program involving $14M upgrade to the TDN network and executed in two years. o Migrated core and distribution networks to 8 X 10Gig T-bone infrastructure with 20Gig WAN connectivity across multiple data centers.

o This strategic project enabled multiple divisions within Thomson Reuters to share data feeds and distribution networks thus saving $6M in annual recurring costs for the company.

• Successful rollout of Elektron as a Service (EaaS), premier product generating over $1.2B in revenue, to over 12,000 external clients.

o Helped guide product definition, build out, coding and software development, product launch, product release and training, and transition to Service Operations. o Delivered program management, dividing program into smaller projects, performing weekly stakeholder meetings, monthly dashboards, customer advocacy, cost management, and program close out.

This was achieved using BoA Adaptive Infrastructure Strategy which involved application co- location, server consolidation, and flexible provisioning. Reduction in networked devices resulted in annual savings of over $1.8 million in hosting charges for BAMS division.

• Designed and deployed robust infrastructure for flagship platform FXtransact for foreign exchange business with proprietary white-labeled web site and multiple APIs (including FIX), linking external platforms FXAll, Currenex, TradingScreen, and Bloomberg and providing liquidity to customers.
