JOB OBJECTIVE: Seeking assignments in the areas of Paint application with a growth-oriented organization.

EXPERIENCE

- Working with General Motors India-Halol (Gujarat), as Team Leader - paint shop, since June

1995 (22 years).

- Working as a Team Leader in Paint shop.

- Worked at two kind of PT & ED lines (Old-Spray PT Line + Dip Elpo & New- All Dip with 7th

Generation of Elpo Paint), two sealer lines, Spray Booth, Plastic Part Painting Shop, Final Repair.

- Handling manpower of about 8 to 24 people. Reporting to Paint Shop Manager.

- Responsible for achieving targets of safety, people, quality, Responsiveness, cost and

Environment.

- Lead Role to Established, Develop & Running of Metal Part Paint Shop & Plastic Part Painting Shop.

(a) Industrial Production

Managing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.

Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.

Optimising man & machine utilization to achieve, Preset production targets.

Developing new process concepts for production optimization.

Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and paint manufacturing equipment’s.

(b) Quality Control/ Assurance

- I have knowledge of testing of types of industrial paints, CED paints.

Presently working with: Narkhede Udyog, Baroda as a Paint Shop Head.

Doing job work of Schneider, ABB, Raychem, Siemens, Amtech etc.

Micro Engitec Pvt. Ltd., Baroda as a Powder Coating Paint Shop Head for 1 Month.

7. “Best Housekeeping Shop” Award 1998 – Received 100 % Marks in Housekeeping, all 12 Teams. Project

8. “Developed Two Tone Masking System” – 1999 - Under Guidance of S.K. Garg Sir, for Model “Astra” Car

body & During Running Production reduced cost 822 Rs / Car, as well as Timing of Masking also reduced by

45 Minute to 25 Minute With 02 Manpower.

9. “Plastic Part Inventory Control” – 2000 – In House Programmed “Inventory control” of Plastic Parts.

10. “Cost Reduction” Project – 2004 – Reduced Cost of LPG/CNG/PNG at the start of Production Every day by

taking timing of shift startup & reaching car body at the Elpo unloading/ spray booth entry, Every day

approx. 48 Minute LPG/CNG/PNG Consumption of 03 Oven cost was saved.

11. Training given as a Trainers at “Panelav” Location – 2006 - For 06 Hour on “Leader Ship Development” to

50 Team Members & Leaders attended.

12. “Dirt Control Project” – Reduced Sanding spot on car body at “Primer Sanding Station” From 250 - 275

Spots to 60 to 65 Sanding spots in 15 Days - 2006.

13. “Canteen Food Quality Improvement” June 2007 – Activity for 10 days project given by Mr. Sanjeeve

Singh and Satisfied, to both HR - Manufacturing both employees satisfied with food Quality, Taste &

Cleanliness. (Made a New Canteen with 2000 man capacity which cost approx. 5 Crore Rs. against 400 man

capacity canteen).

14. “Color Sequence” Activity – 2008 – for “Cost reduction” by “Reduction in Color Changing frequency” of

Robots Particular in Top Coat.

15. “New Team” made “PROCESS CONTROL” in Paint Shop September 2008 - who control & check

parameters of whole Paint shop During Working days and weekends. – Got the Excellent Results, Reduced

Overtime, Knowledge of Members was improved & all kind of checking with instruments started in-house,

Improved Phosphate, Elpo Coating, Spray booth quality, Team Leaders become free to do other JOBS.

16. “Best Supporting Role” in Implementing “SLT” In Other Shop March 2015- General Assembly Line.
